What it measures
Five questions every community team keeps asking.
Is the community healthy? Are new members sticking? Where is conversation happening, and how does it feel? DiscLabs Analytics turns raw community activity into answers your team can act on.
- 01
Participation
See who is talking, where, and when. Message volume, active members, busiest channels and hours, voice time and reactions, broken down by channel and member segment over any date range.
- 02
Sentiment
Follow the tone of conversation over time instead of guessing from the last few messages. Spot when a channel turns frustrated, and when a launch lands well.
- 03
Member growth
Track joins, leaves and retention so you know whether new members stay and take part, or arrive and go quiet.
- 04
Moderation
Review moderation activity in one place: actions taken, by whom and where, so a moderator team works from the same record rather than scattered logs.
- 05
Historical activity
Backfill message history from before the bot joined, so trends start with real context instead of a blank first week.
How it works
From server to shared picture.
Access and setup are managed directly by DiscLabs. Your analytics stay behind sign-in, separate from this public homepage.
Step 01
Connect your Discord server
The DiscLabs operator configures the bot and the channels to track. Excluded channels stay out of the analysis.
Step 02
Bring in history
Backfill earlier messages so trends have context from day one.
Step 03
Work from one view
Authorized operators filter by date, channel and segment to understand the community from one dashboard.

FAQ

What is DiscLabs Analytics?
DiscLabs Analytics is a community analytics dashboard for the people who run online communities. It measures participation, sentiment, member growth, moderation and historical activity, and presents it in one private workspace for your team.
Which platforms are supported?
Discord is supported today. X and Telegram are planned next. They are not available yet, and we will not describe them as available until they are.
How do I get access?
Access is currently managed directly by DiscLabs, not through public self-service signup. Signing in alone does not grant access. If your account is already authorized, use Connect to your dashboard.
Who can see community data?
Dashboards require sign-in and an authorized account. This public homepage does not display any private community data. The interactive example above uses fictional sample data and scripted answers, not a live dashboard.
Can it analyse activity from before we connected?
Yes, for Discord. The backfill tool imports earlier message history from channels the bot can read, so historical trends are available from the start.
Is there a free trial or public signup?
Not at the moment. There is no public self-service signup or advertised free trial. Existing authorized users can sign in to their dashboard.
